Founder & Executive Director

Dishika Singh

Founded Spark WA Foundation in 2025 after experiencing firsthand what it means to build a life in a new country without a support network. Originally from India, Dishika works as a paralegal at Microsoft, bakes as the owner of Mithaas Bakery, and is a mother of two — with a very good 9-year-old dog named Hope keeping her company along the way. She leads strategy, programs, and community partnerships across all four pillars.

"Feeling truly honored and grateful to receive this Women Leadership Recognition Award. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Swecha team for this beautiful recognition. It means so much to be appreciated among such inspiring and strong leaders. Seattle Wives is more than just a community for me, it's a family filled with strong, kind-hearted, and inspiring women. Because of your trust, positivity, encouragement, and endless support, we are being recognized today."
